Thursday (14 September 23)

1200 – 1700:   Registration; hospitality room open; free time
1800 – on: Cocktails and dinner on own as desired

Friday (15 September 23)

0630 – 0930:   Breakfast at hotel on own
1700 – 1930: Sunset Memorial Service/Picnic on the Beach ($10pp which included box meal from Mission BBQ)

Saturday (16 September 23)

0630 – 0930:   Breakfast at hotel on own
0930 – 1130: Board and business meetings
1200 – 1700: Lunch on own; free time
1800 – 2030: Dinner cruise on Jungle Queen
($59 per person for the dinner cruise tour AND show)
